Fire Witch tells the remarkable true story of Pauline Silberstein, a Holocaust survivor who escaped Nazi persecution, joined the French Resistance, and later worked as a spy during World War II. Drawing on extensive research, Melanie Gall follows Pauline’s courageous journey through danger, loss, and resilience as she fought against the Nazi regime. The book is a powerful portrait of an extraordinary woman whose bravery and determination helped shape history. Proud partner of the Jewish Book Council.
